Paris 3 June 2014: Accreditation of FIAT-IFTA as International NGO Consultative Status UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Committee at the 5th Session of the UNESCO General Assembly of the State Parties to the Convention For the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Paris, 2 – 5 June 2014, UNESCO Headquarters.
FIAT-IFTA – The World Organization of Funeral Operatives is now the only Funeral Organization to held the NGO Status with UNESCO and with United Nations ECOSOC.
