FIAT-IFTA is the only internationally governed Funeral Federation with National, Active and Associate Members in more than 70 Countries.

Associate Member

Any association, institute, society, business or individual that provides funeral services or is otherwise interested in funeral services and the activities of the Federation may apply to become an Associate Member of the Federation.

Active Member

Any company in the funeral service or a supplier for the funeral industry may apply to become an Active Member of the Federation.

National Member

A national or international association representing the funeral and/or thanatopractice service may apply to become a National Member of the Federation. Each country may have only one National Member. In the event that a country does not have a national association as a National Member of the Federation, any funeral service company may apply to represent its country as a National Member.
