Genelyn North America was founded with a revolutionary spirit and an ambitious objective: to offer the funeral profession a line of embalming products that reduce exposure to hazardous vapours, odours, and toxicity while improving distribution, penetration, preservation and colour.
We make this possible using modern chemistry to develop a new range of embalming chemicals that do not require added methanol to stabilize the formaldehyde suspension. Our proprietary formulas stabilize formaldehyde without the need for harsh chemicals that produce toxic fumes. As a result, these products have significantly reduced exposure levels for staff. As a consequence, only a few of Genelyn’s chemicals are classified as Dangerous Goods under transport regulations, making storage and distribution easier and safer.
